If you’re travelling on one of our Tailor-made Holidays or Private Journeys, they will be there to meet you at the airport, provide your transportation, take you on the excursions that you’ve booked with us and check you in at your hotels.

We are also highly selective when it comes to guides, ensuring that you get the most out of all the tours you take thanks to their insightful commentary. We and our local partners hand-pick the best available guides in each area: we look for an excellent level of spoken English, a friendly personality and in-depth specialist knowledge. We choose the guides best placed to show you around one specific sight or attraction, so usually you will have different guides on different days of the trip; however there will also be an overall representative to accompany you from place to place and keep everything running smoothly.
