Tell me about the restaurants and bars at Hotel Bardo…
As I’d mentioned before, the hotel’s restaurant, Saint Bibiana is excellent. They offer impressively authentic Italian fare that’s just out of this world delicious, and the staff provide amazing service. It’s also affordable for what you get, so I can see why it’s popular with locals as well as tourists. You’ll find restaurants here are among the best in Georgia, known for their distinctive take on traditional Southern cooking as well as thoughtful menus that cater to a variety of international tastes.
Hotel Bardo also has two top-notch bars: Bar Bibi which is next to the pool and The Green Room which is just off the lobby. Both are what I’d call comfortably chic. The drinks lists were great, and the bar snacks went above and beyond the usual offering.
What should one be ordering at the Saint Bibiana restaurant?
The beet salad and Dover sole were amazing! I’d order them again next visit. They also have a few delicious vegan options available, ideal for any plant-based travellers looking to explore Georgia’s impressive food scene.
