Bespoke Coastal Alabama Holidays

Lesser known but no less beautiful than its neighbour Florida, Alabama’s gulf coast offers 32 miles of soft white sandy beaches with plenty to see and do, should you desire.

View Holidays

To experience the idyllic shores of Coastal Alabama, take a trip to Orange Beach. Offering pristine waters, warm white sand and wonderful fresh seafood, a stop in Alabama’s gulf coast is a moment (or two) of rest and relaxation. Take an afternoon off the beach to get some leisurely exploring in at Bayou La Batre where Forrest Gump was filmed, or walk or ferry to one of the nearby wildlife preserves. Bon Secur National Wildlife Park and Gulf State Park are right next door and showcase the indigenous inhabitants of the area in their undisturbed natural habitat.

For a bit more action, travel into Mobile Bay to experience the rich history of the town of Mobile. Founded in 1702 as the original capital of the Louisiana Territory, and the birthplace of Mardi Gras in the United States, Mobile is one of the few cities in America that can boast such a lively past. An original French settlement more than 300 years old, witness the city’s sheer beauty with large oaks creating shady canopies over the downtown district and intricate wrought-iron balconies on historic mansions. The diverse architecture, varied museums and famous seafood are sure to impress – you can even visit the WWII battleship, the USS Alabama in the harbour.
