• This prize includes 1 night in Atlanta, 2 nights in Birmingham, 2 nights in Nashville, 2 nights in Memphis, 1 night in Vicksburg and 2 nights in New Orleans. Mid-range accommodation on a room only basis, car hire, transfers in the US and international flights in economy class from any London airport.
• The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize, including any necessary travel and accommodation.
• It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport plus travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance and visas are not included and must be sourced by the winner.
• The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and the airport, spending money, travel insurance, meals, fuel, parking charges, GPS hire, toll fees, personal expenditure, gratuities or incidental costs, which will need to be paid for by the travellers.
• All parts of the holiday are subject to availability.
• Open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Journey Latin America Ltd, and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies or any other person(s) connected with the competition, including third party promotional partners. Proof of identity and age may be required.
• Competition closes at 23:59 on 9th February 2025 (Closing Date). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.

• There will be one winner, the prize is for 2 persons travelling together. Prize is based on two people sharing one room.
• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries for this competition received before the Closing Date.
• The winner will be notified by email within seven days after the Closing Date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
• Upon winning the prize, the winner must accept that their photo and name may be used for promotional purposes by Journeyscape.
• Travel to be taken from March 2025 to December 2025.
• Travel period blackout dates include: 28th February – 4th March, April, July, August and 15th – 31st December 2025, some other blackout dates may apply and are subject to promotional availability.
• The prize is subject to availability and is non-transferable, there are no cash alternatives to the prize in whole or in part. The prize is non-combinable with any other offer.
• Journeyscape reserves the right to substitute the holiday for an alternative prize of equivalent value.
• Any changes to the holiday made after the booking has been confirmed will be at the winner’s cost.
