Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in Atlanta and soak up the city’s modern vibe

Arrive in Atlanta and enjoy a private transfer to your elegant hotel and base for the next three nights. Once settled in, spend the rest of the day getting acquainted with Georgia’s capital, a city where historic significance meets modern creativity—and unmistakable Southern flavour.

Perhaps take a stroll through Downtown Atlanta, visit nearby Centennial Olympic Park or explore some of the city’s acclaimed eateries and bars. Along the way, sample a true local icon at The Varsity with its famous chili dogs, or indulge in something sweet inspired by Georgia’s celebrated peaches. As the birthplace of Coca-Cola, Atlanta also offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy this iconic drink in its hometown setting—or delve into its story with a visit to the World of Coca-Cola.

Atlanta’s neighbourhoods each have their own distinct personality, offering a welcoming introduction to the Deep South and setting the tone for the journey ahead.

Today offers a deeper insight into Atlanta’s role in shaping modern American history with an included visit to the National Center for Civil and Human Rights. Through powerful exhibitions and interactive displays, the museum explores the American Civil Rights Movement and broader global human rights stories, creating one of the city’s most meaningful visitor experiences.

Afterwards, you may wish to continue exploring Atlanta at your own pace, perhaps visiting the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park, browsing local boutiques and cafés, or heading to the Trap Music Museum for a creative and immersive look at one of Atlanta’s most influential modern music movements—and proudly recognised as the cultural landmark of the world’s first hip hop museum. Later in the day, Krog Street Market offers a lively mix of independent food vendors, local produce and a relaxed neighbourhood atmosphere.

Come evening, consider taking in a film at the historic Plaza Theatre, Atlanta’s oldest operating independent cinema, or enjoy Atlanta’s live music scene in intimate jazz lounges and blues bars across the city, offering a relaxed but atmospheric introduction to Atlanta after dark.
