A historic luxury property with a boutique feel, the Jefferson is among the most elite hotels in DC, and its subtle blend of contemporary and colonial charms are second to none. Situated just blocks from the White House and historic DC landmarks, The Jefferson is a tribute to its namesake, Thomas Jefferson, and his passions for art, wine and books.

Each room and suite features a unique design, with custom-made furniture, original artwork, skyline views and well-stocked bathrooms. The rooms are equipped with stylish added extras, like TVs embedded in bathroom mirrors, electronic housekeeping buttons and Nespresso machines.

The Jefferson is also a culinary destination, with its Michelin-starred restaurant Plume, its elegant lounge Quill, and its bright and airy Greenhouse. The hotel sources many of its ingredients from its own rooftop garden and apiary, and hosts an impressive wine cellar with over 1,500 labels. The most unusual part? The hotel also has a resident historian, who can share stories and insights about the hotel and its surroundings.
