The Summit at Big Bend

Offering a truly one-of-a-kind glamping experience, The Summit at Big Bend allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the breath-taking beauty of Big Bend National Park. Nestled amidst pristine landscapes, guests will find the resort offers an impressive combination of adventure and relaxation, ideal for both nature enthusiasts and those seeking tranquillity. 

The Summit offers three types of accommodation: stargazing domes, luxury caves and two fully equipped homes, perfect for large groups or families. The stargazing domes offer a spectacular night-time experience with clear ceiling portals so guests can experience the incredible night skies Big Bend is famous for. Standard domes are ideal for couples while deluxe domes can sleep up to four. Each comes with a king size bed, sleeper sofa, AC/heating, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, mini-fridge, outdoor firepit with grill and access to an outdoor kitchen. The bathhouse is shared albeit still luxurious with attractive fittings, flushing toilets, hot water, full bath products, and all linens, pillows and towels.  

The cave hotel rooms, of which there are only two, have been carefully carved into the side of the Tres Cuevas Mountain, and offer a plush king size bed, private bathroom and walk-in shower, mini fridge, AC/heating and Wi-Fi as well as incredible views across the desert landscapes.  

Access to Big Bend National Park is unrivalled and solid grocery and dining options can be found in the adjacent town of Terlingua just 10 minutes by car.
