A retreat that combines old-world charm and contemporary luxury, Oak Bay Beach Hotel sits on the shores of Vancouver Island. Originally built in 1927, the hotel has kept many of its original features, including fireplaces and stained glass windows.

Rooms are elegantly furnished with blackout blinds, bathrobes and slippers included, WiFi, bathrooms with luxurious soaker tubs. Many rooms have ocean views from the deck or balcony.

Wander through the hotel to find the Boathouse Spa and Baths, where you can relax in the outdoor mineral pools or enjoy a massage. The hotel also has a fitness studio with sauna, and three restaurants: The Snug Pub, The Dining Room, and Kate’s Cafe with panoramic views of the Salish Sea.

Downstairs is where the fun happens: at the Oak Bay Beach Hotel Theatre, a venue that hosts live shows, concerts and movies.
